GeQD has been featured in an article on pro-physik.de : Germanium-based photodetectors are more compact and easier to manufacture, yet still provide quantum-level precision. The article shows how LabOne – our first prototype with four interconnected SPADs – brings highly sensitive single-photon detection into a compact 8 cm housing, and why the Ge-on-Si platform matters for quantum communication, autonomous driving and medical technology.
